PAYROLL TYPES & FREQUENCIES SETUP
  • Regular Processing

    Processing of your payroll with the ready-plotted schedule. Accommodates payroll periods of Monthly, Semi-Monthly, and Weekly.

  • Special Processing

    Design to cater to special payroll processes. Anything that’s outside your regular runs like Incentives, Commission, and Profit-Share processing. The flexibility of this process type that can enable and disable other deductions to be included on the computation and generate separate payslip and reports

  • Bonus Processing

    Able to accommodate 13th month and other types of bonuses to be monitored with a ceiling amount of 90k for bonuses.

  • Annualization

    A tool that can predict and estimates the amount or rate of tax for an entire year based on data from part of a year. filipay can cater an early annualization of your payroll to avoid enormous tax deduction on the last payroll run for the year. Ensure equal tax due to tax withheld.

    In tax annualization, unlimited no. of bonus can be included in the assumption, which will automatically classify the 90k non-taxable ceiling amount.

  • Resign Process

    The system can process the separation pay of a resigned employee. Compute the remaining days/earnings, 13th month, refund, and fewer deductions that can be user-defined.

    Available reports for this type of process like 2316 Terminated Employee, Payslip, Cheque advise. Etc.

VARIOUS TAX METHOD COMPUTATION
  • Normal Method

    Compute tax based on BIR Table. Daily, Weekly, Semi-Monthly, Monthly, and Annual

  • Percentage Method

    Design to compute tax based on a given tax rate by the company. This is usually applicable to executive employees and consultants.

  • Annualized Method

    Design to compute and project tax within a fiscal year if you choose to start to process your payroll using the Annual tax table. A BIR-compliant computation of your annual income.
